Speaker:
John Kim of EnerSys

The reliability of battery backup systems is critical in maintaining the robustness of infrastructure. Telecommunications, UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply), and Utility sectors all rely on battery power backup systems to communicate, control, and power mission critical equipment. This presentation will identify and understand the variables that can affect the lead acid battery’s reliability and life. It will also examine the pros and cons of alternate battery systems.
