The presentation will cover the basics of high resistance grounding.  We will look at basic design information, application information, and the features & Benefits of employing HRG.   The speaker will address when, where, and why to employ HRG systems, and address the safety benefits associated with HRG systems. 



Antony Parsons is a Technical Consultant in Schneider Electric's Power Systems Engineering group.  He is responsible for providing power system analysis, troubleshooting, and design consulting services for Schneider Electric's customers.   He is proficient in computer modeling of electric power systems, system protection, power quality and harmonics, and electrical safety.  Antony received the BSEE degree from the University of Houston in 1995, then received the MSE and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996 and 1999, respectively, all in electrical engineering.  He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the IEEE Power Engineering Society and Industry Applications Society.  He is a licensed engineer in the states of Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
